• Assist you with deciding what states you want to get licensed in based on marketing strategies, cost, state regulations, etc.
  • Gather all required documentation on the company and its principals.
  • File for Certificate of Authority or other Formation Documents with the Secretary of State(s).
  • Contract a Registered Agent service and coordinate filings with them.
  • Acquire Surety Bonds from your insurance broker or our recommended insurance brokers.
  • Process and file all license application paperwork inside and outside the NMLS.
  • Follow up with the state regulatory agencies for application status.
  • Maintain contact with the state regulatory agency until you receive your license.
